Configure yum to get through proxy ? (CentOS)

1. Login as root
   
2. Edit /etc/yum.conf
   
3. At the end of the line, add this syntax.
   
   
   • proxy=http://ip-proxy:port-number/
     
   • proxy_username=username
     
   • proxy_password=password
