Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator

Simplest solution for it;

1. Click Start >> Run >> Key in gpedit.msc
2. On the left hand side, navigate to User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System

3. Locate "Prevent access to registry editing tools" and double click it.
4. Set value to Disable and click Apply >> Ok
